As part of our 10th Anniversary celebrations we asked all the Siren team to vote on a beer they'd like to re-brew, and the winner was this banging Black IPA from 2019!
It's an onslaught of tropical fruit, citrus and resinous aromas which bely the deep dark pour. Our malts are minimal on the roast notes, but do provide a delicate toasty bassline that allows Citra, Mosaic and Azacca hops to work their magic.
