How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer standard delivery within 2-4 working days and an express option for next-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm. Shipping is free on all orders over £60.
How should I store my Siren Craft Brew beers?
To maintain the best flavor profile, we recommend storing our beers in a cool, dark place. Our hop-forward IPAs and Pale Ales are best kept refrigerated and consumed as fresh as possible.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
The majority of our beers are vegan-friendly as we do not use finings. We clearly label any beers containing lactose or adjuncts. We also have a dedicated range of gluten-reduced beers available in our shop.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we use reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking link from our courier partner to follow your beer's journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international fans in the near future.
